- The c1 index which includes characters sorted by initial element of the characters cangjie input code. There are 24 codes, each a varying number of derivatives.
- The e3 index which includes characters sorted by their final shape element. Were in the e1 index, shapes are sorted by their initial stroke, with the e3 index, shapes are grouped by their final stroke. The e3 index also includes 12 Shapes, with a varying number of sub-shapes.
